• To Hermann Durst, MD, Munich, Opitz Str. 6 (record 8)

In addition, Leaflet I was mailed at the same time from Post Office 23:

• To Hermann Durst, MD, Munich, Opitz Str. 6, c/o medical office, Ludwig Str. 25 (record 8)
