Consideration of an umbrella organization

I quickly abandoned thoughts of creating an effective organization, because such an undertaking was not possible due to time constraints. These thoughts only fleetingly crossed my mind at the beginning of January 1943.

I did not talk to anyone else about it, nor did I make even the slightest effort to form such an organization.
