Gisela’s feelings about White Rose work

At the end, I had a feeling of indifference with regards to all that happened. I did not have the emotional strength to fight the things that were piling on top of me.

In that condition, I could not have even managed to expose Hans Scholl and denounce him. In accordance with my political attitudes, I was not in agreement with how this all started, even though he the Scholl siblings and their circle [of friends] were able to make me doubt my political conduct.
