In the case of the university proceedings against the medical student Hans Fritz Scholl, born September 22, 1918 in Ingersheim, the panel of three of the University of Munich in its meeting called on February 21, 1943 does herewith proclaim the following decision:

The student Hans Fritz Scholl is punished with permanent denial of the right to study at any German university because of his seditious activities.
