In the case of the university proceedings against the student of Natural Sciences Sophie Magdalene Scholl, born May 9, 1921 in Forchtenberg, the panel of three of the University of Munich in its meeting called on February 21, 1943 does herewith proclaim the following decision:

The student Sophie Magdalene Scholl is punished with permanent denial of the right to study at any German university because of her seditious activities.
