Alexander Schmorell – fourth night

Around evening, I met a farmhand named Micha, whom I knew. I rode with him to Elmau under the assumption that I perhaps could spend the night there. But when Micha said he would not let me do so, I left Elmau so I could sleep in a nearby haystack (the night of February 22 / 23, 1943).
