Möll’s testimony

It was unanimously agreed that:

There was no need to call the witness.

The expert witness who was present, Criminal Inspector Möll, presented his expert opinion.

Note: Möll testified despite notes above stating that no expert witnesses would be called. This makes sense, because of the immediate and subsequent disposition (confiscation) of the Remington typewriter and duplicating machine.-Ed.
