Re disposition of evidence

According to the State Police Headquarters in Munich, in the criminal proceedings against Scholl et al which were carried out on February 22, 1943 by the People’s Court at the Palace of Justice in Munich, a large number of evidentiary exhibits – including a portable Remington typewriter – were delivered to the court that day by the State Police. The People’s Court never reached a decision regarding the disposition of the evidence. …

Since the People’s Court did not render a decision with regards to the evidence presented in the January [sic] 22, 1943 trial at the Palace of Justice in Munich, I have ordered the Chief Prosecutor of the Upper District Court in Munich to make the evidentiary exhibits in re the above file number available for use by the State Police Headquarters in Munich.
