Note 1: The indictment and verdict are omitted here, since they were the same as in the earlier files.

Note 2: The expense reports were submitted on a preprinted, “table” form, similar to expense reports still in use today. It was impossible to replicate that format in this online version; however, in the printed version, we emulated the layout as closely as possible.
