To the Chief Prosecutor of the Reich, People’s Court, Berlin W9, Bellevue Str. 15.

With regards to: Schmorell Alexander, former medical student, [residing in] Munich 9, Benediktenwand Str. 12, for high treason.

Dr. Hugo Schmorell, M.D., medical specialist in Munich, Benediktenwand Str. 12, the father of the suspect, has asked me to assume the defense of his son in this matter.

I therefore submit this Petition to be authorized as retained [Note 3] defense counsel of the suspect and therefore to be granted visitation rights in Munich.
