1. Communication of the indictment to the accused in accordance with §201 St. PO, with a deadline for response of 2 days. Appendix with regards to petition for continuation of investigative custody.
2. The following have has been ordered to serve as defense counsel in accordance with §140 paragraph 4, St.PO.:
a) Dr. Deisinger, Munich, Nuβbaum Str. 12 [illegible], Bollinger

3. Each of the defense counsel shall be advised of this disposition as in 1 and 2 above, with attached indictment, instruction sheet, and proof of delivery via registered mail.

Additionally, b) had to refer to Dr. Deppisch, c) to Dr. Hugo Diepold, and e) to Dr. August Klein.
No defense counsel named for Alexander Schmorell, because his privately-paid attorney had already been approved. Also, no defense counsel named for Traute Lafrenz, Gisela Schertling, or Katharina Schüddekopf, because they had not been indicted.
