FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRIAL, COURTROOM NUMBER 216 (DISTRICT COURT) ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE PALACE OF JUSTICE IS BEING CONSIDERED FOLLOWING DISCUSSION WITH THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL [ILLEGIBLE].
THE REICH COMMISSIONER OF DEFENSE HAS EXPRESSLY WISHED TO HAVE A COURTROOM THAT WILL ALLOW THE PROCEEDINGS TO TAKE PLACE TO THE EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC. THEREFORE A SMALLER COURTROOM SHOULD BE CHOSEN.
