This power of attorney has been granted as approbation of his prior activities and is a general authorization and commission as my representative before all courts, authorities, and with regards to other such places and persons, to act in all legal matters in accordance with the provisions of §§ 81 ff. of the civil code as well as with all the rights of defense counsel in accordance with the criminal code (§§ 137 ff., §378 of the criminal code).

This power of authority likewise authorizes procurement of cash payments, acceptance of deliveries of every sort, and submission of representations which are required of me in this matter. The proxy is also empowered to transfer this power of attorney to a competent third party.
