Center for White Rose Studies encourages collaborative efforts for historical research. We believe that the Holocaust is too “big” for any one person to understand. This blog therefore provides a place to upload all materials and documents – in English translation – related to White Rose resistance from January 1933 through Willi Graf’s execution on October 12, 1943.
This worktable will be open to everyone. It’s a new way of “doing” history. – However, this particular project (writing White Rose History Volumes I and II) has been completed. That book will be uploaded once all the supporting documentation has been uploaded first. Still, feel free to comment or ask questions on these documents. Who knows? The next edition of the book could contain your knowledge.
We invite our community to write the rules for the larger endeavor, that of “collaborative history” where we pool our knowledge. That discussion is found here. If possible, we’d like to keep this project open to everyone (within reason) and free of charge.
Have questions? Post them here as comments. That’s how the process will work. The conversation will be carried out publicly, and openly.
